Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases of pet products from AZVON LTD through azvon.co.uk. Read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy and Privacy policy. Nothing here excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and options

Review the description, measurements, quantity, colour and selected variant before buying. Photographs may include accessories that are not part of the selected item. A harness does not include a lead unless the selected option expressly says so. Colours can look different on different screens. Stock availability is shown on the product page.

Pet suitability and safe use

Follow the label, product instructions and suitability information. Measure your pet against the chart for the individual coat or harness. Supervise use and check accessories for wear or damage. Pet-care products are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Ask us about missing product information before purchase.

Prices and checkout

The currency, product prices, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Check the complete order carefully. Payment methods depend on those offered at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment-card details through our contact form.

Orders and corrections

An order confirmation records that your order has been received. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options rather than substituting a different item without agreement. If we cannot supply an order, any payment for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Offers

Promotions are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. WELCOME10 gives 10% off products, once per customer. Delivery charges are calculated separately. The checkout shows whether a discount has been applied.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping and returns policies explain delivery charges, cancellation rights and refund arrangements. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Website use and responsibility

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content. We aim to keep product information accurate and the store available, but occasional errors or interruptions can occur. These terms do not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Contact us with your order number and a description of your concern. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Your mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
