Follow your AZVON order from confirmation to delivery.
Open your order status
Use the “View your order” link in your order-confirmation email. It shows the latest available order information, with carrier tracking after dispatch where provided. You can also sign in to your customer account using the email address you used at checkout.
Waiting for a tracking update?
A newly created shipping label may not have carrier scans yet. If your order contains several parcels, each may have its own tracking link. The order-status page and dispatch emails show the information available for your shipment.
Need a hand?
If you cannot find your confirmation or a parcel is late, contact us with your order number and checkout email. Please do not share payment-card details. We will help you check the order.
