Where we deliver
Delivery is available to addresses supported by our checkout. Enter your full delivery address to see the options available for your basket. If your destination is not accepted, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery charges
Shipping charges depend on the products in your basket, their fulfilment location and your delivery address. Available services and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment. A delivery offer for one item may not apply to another item or a mixed basket.
Processing and delivery times
Check any estimate shown on the product page or at checkout. If no estimate is shown, contact ayyaz@azvon.co.uk with the product name and your postcode before ordering. We do not promise next-day delivery across our range. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.
Dispatch and tracking
When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be included in your dispatch notification where available. Open the order-status link in your confirmation email or visit Track your order. A carrier may need time to register a parcel after a label is created.
Separate parcels
Products may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations and arrive separately. Check each dispatch notification for the relevant items and tracking information. Any shipping charges are shown before payment.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; a change may not be possible once the parcel is dispatched. If a parcel is late, missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.
