How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's chest, neck and, for coats, back length. Compare those measurements with the chart on the product page. Visit our size guide for help.
Does a harness include a lead?
Not automatically. The harness listing includes separate lead options. Check the selected option and product description before ordering.
How much is delivery?
The delivery options and charges available for your order are displayed at checkout. For a delivery estimate, contact us with the product name and your postcode.
Where is my order?
Visit Track your order or use the tracking link in your dispatch notification if one has been provided. If you need help, email ayyaz@azvon.co.uk with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order is already being dispatched, an address or item change may not be possible. Read our returns and refunds policy for cancellation rights and return instructions.
How can I check a pet care product?
Read the product label, ingredients, suitability and manufacturer's instructions before use. Ask us for any missing information before buying.

How do I use WELCOME10?
Enter WELCOME10 at checkout and check the order summary before payment. The offer gives 10% off products, once per customer; delivery charges are calculated separately.
Can I order a sold-out item?
A sold-out item cannot currently be purchased. Contact us about availability. A product being visible in the collection does not mean that every option is in stock.
Are all items in a product photograph included?
No. Read the “Included” details and the selected option on each listing. For example, a towel photograph may show several colours, while the selected option contains one towel. Food shown with a feeding tray, or a litter tray shown with a mat, is not included.
What is the difference between a hair-removal roller and a grooming brush?
The reusable roller is for suitable household fabrics, not for brushing a pet. Grooming brushes are separate products with their own suitability and use instructions. Browse pet care accessories and check each description.
Will everything arrive together?
Items can arrive in separate parcels from different fulfilment locations. Check the dispatch notifications for each item and read our shipping policy for more information.
